Business Terms

Have your own terms of business drafted to your own requirements and make provision to allow for:-

A:   The return of customers vehicles for repair when failures occur, rather than allowing unlimited third party repair costs at retail prices

B:   The option to exercise a lien upon vehicles when uncollected or subsequent to repair (whether a dispute as to the work or bill exists)

C: The allowance for repairs to be completed using second hand parts/reconditioned parts rather than new or where new parts are used, to allow for payments for enrichment or betterment

D:   To have in writing that your customers must act reasonably and specify how.

These are just examples of the many terms that you may request. Protect yourself against the unreasonable behaviour of some of your customers.
